Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

HealthifyMe is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Delhi, Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with account management tasks, such as updating information and processing payments - Resolve client issues and escalations in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client service experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
