Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

The Client Service Specialist at Mahindra Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from home. This individual will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Assist clients with placing orders and processing payments - Address and resolve any client concerns or issues to ensure client satisfaction - Conduct research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and helpful information - Maintain client records and documentation - Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive client experience - Meet or exceed defined service levels and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent customer service skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Driven to exceed client expectations - Ability to conduct research and analysis - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
