Job Description:
BookMyShow is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve client issues and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Provide product support and educate clients on new features and updates. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 7. Assist with administrative tasks related to client support, such as data entry and reporting. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve client services.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and display leadership qualities. 3. Previous experience in customer service or client support roles. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
