Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Shaadi.com, a leading matrimonial services company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team at the associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and dedicated.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account management, profile updates, and troubleshooting technical issues - Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall client experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Assist in organizing and coordinating client events and activities

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
