Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Quikr is seeking a reliable and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Support the sales team in client relationship management and retention efforts - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and energetic personality traits
