Remote Client Support Assistant

Urban Company is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. As a part-time role at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the management team - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in a remote client support role is a plus
