Job description:
Xiaomi India is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues - Maintain accurate client records and update customer databases - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Provide feedback to management on client trends and common issues - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Perform administrative tasks to support the client support team
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer support - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
