Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Pepperfry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with product orders, delivery tracking, and returns - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong leadership and time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
