Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Dell Technologies India is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for effectively supporting our clients in resolving their technical issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients. 3. Assist clients in setting up and configuring their systems. 4. Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation. 6. Proactively identify and address any recurring technical issues for clients. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 3. Excellent planning and organization skills to prioritize and manage client requests effectively. 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Dedication to providing timely and accurate support to clients. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
