Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Udaan, a leading company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, have strong strategic planning skills, and excel in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer needs effectively. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must be adaptable, reliable, and have strong strategic planning skills.
