Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Mahindra Group is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Conduct research on industry trends and competitive analysis to better understand client needs. 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients. 7. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. 8. Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong research skills and ability to cooperate with team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in customer relationship management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
