Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Client Support Associate to work remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Contributing to team meetings and sharing best practices for client support

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Independent and passionate individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
