Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Meesho, a leading e-commerce platform in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a Client Support Associate to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but the ideal candidate must possess confidence and reliability in their work.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with their inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role is preferred but not required. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and from a home office environment. 4. Proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms. 5. Confidence and reliability in handling client interactions.
