Job Description:
Ather Energy is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, detail-oriented, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through multiple channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain client support documentation and training materials - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support as needed - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and a high level of emotional intelligence
