Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Manager to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for an experienced individual with at least 6 years of relevant experience, looking to make an impact in the health and wellness industry.


As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include handling client inquiries and concerns, providing product support and guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for analyzing client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Handle client inquiries and provide product support and guidance - Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible experience for our clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
