Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Sun Pharma is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 8 years of experience in client support.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support specialists to ensure that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve client support services - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to clients - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support metrics and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in client support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Hardworking and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
