Job Description:
Housejoy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. This position is part-time and will require a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of client support representatives to deliver high-quality service to our clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistency in service delivery. 6. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines. 7. Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or customer service. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals. 6. Confidence and adaptability to handle challenging situations. 7. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
