Job Description:
As a Client Support Manager at Udaan, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of client support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination to meet client needs.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Monitor client service metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and provide actionable insights to improve products and services - Train and mentor junior client support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base - Prepare and deliver regular reports on client support performance and client satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client support or customer service roles - Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and reliable personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing environments - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
