Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Toppr in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing client support remotely. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via email, phone, and chat - Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met - Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement - Develop and maintain client support processes and documentation - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client retention and expansion

Requirements: - Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Passionate: Strong enthusiasm for helping clients and solving their problems - Soft skills: Strong adaptability and persuasion skills - Excellent communication skills - Proven track record in client support roles - Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM software - Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
