Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Toppr is seeking a talented Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The Remote Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage remote client support operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Create and maintain client support documentation and resources. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the client support process. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. 6. Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Resilient and passionate personality traits. 4. Excellent communication and time management skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
