Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Zoomcar is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in client support or related roles. As a Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote client support representatives to deliver excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote client support representatives, including setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. 2. Ensure that all client inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals. 5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address client support issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in client support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or related roles. 2. Reliable and driven individual with strong communication and leadership skills. 3. Proven ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to strategic planning. 4. Experience with remote team management is a plus. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
