Job Description:
Zoho Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor client accounts and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth - Provide guidance and support to junior support staff, ensuring quality service delivery - Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, provide updates, and gather feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management roles - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding performance targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent negotiation skills and adaptability - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
