Job Description: Pepperfry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handling client complaints and issues with patience and understanding, working towards a satisfactory resolution. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Collaborating with other team members to address complex client concerns and provide comprehensive solutions. 5. Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Providing feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 6. Creativity and strategic planning skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Experience working in a client support role is a plus.
