Remote Client Support Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. As a part-time role based in Delhi, Delhi, IN, the Remote Client Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Effectively manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and customer-focused manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities - Assist in creating client-focused reports and presentations - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the client support function

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Resourceful and energetic attitude towards work - Creativity in finding solutions to client issues - Strong presentation skills for communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
