Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Khatabook is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong commitment to teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Managing client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Tracking and analyzing client feedback to drive improvements in our products and services - Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients - Providing training and support to clients on how to use our platform effectively - Participating in team meetings and sharing insights to improve overall client experience - Working closely with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client support tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
