Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Vedantu, a leading online education platform, is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, possessing a hardworking and dedicated attitude.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Demonstrating emotional intelligence in handling client relationships and difficult situations - Using creativity to find personalized solutions for each client's unique needs

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients - Creativity in finding innovative solutions for client problems - Ability to work remotely and independently - Hardworking and dedicated work ethic - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
