Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking a confident and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and availability - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide support to the sales team as needed - Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills - Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
