Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Box8 is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term loyalty - Providing product recommendations and answering any questions clients may have - Collaborating with other departments to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and feedback for future reference - Assisting with client onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition to our services - Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet client needs - Resilience to handle challenging situations and diffuse customer complaints effectively - Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Persuasion skills to promote our products and services to clients - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
