Job Description:
Meesho is looking for a talented and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team and work from home in Delhi, India. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, suitable for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to Meesho clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. 2. Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve client issues effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in developing and implementing client support procedures and guidelines. 6. Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Meesho products and services. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Meesho's offerings to provide informed support to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software. 7. Driven and dedicated with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. 8. A proactive approach to research and learning.
