Job Description:
Jio Platforms is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Officer to work remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions about our products and services - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Providing feedback to the development team to improve the user experience - Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for persuasion - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
