Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Cipla is looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time work from home position ideal for candidates at the entry level with 0 years of experience. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their queries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Provide product information and assist clients in making informed purchase decisions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. 7. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve problems. 4. Strong negotiation skills to handle client inquiries and complaints effectively. 5. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
