Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Freshworks is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our growing team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our software products - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues - Creating and updating documentation for client support processes - Proactively identifying areas for improvement in our products and processes - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate solutions to clients - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
