WhiteHat Jr is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, billing questions, technical support, and any other issues they may encounter - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and empathetic support - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues and improve the overall client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Strong communication and people management skills - Reliable and hardworking individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service - Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and procedures - No prior experience required, but a background in customer service or a related field is a plus
