Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description: Tata Digital is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, emails, and live chat messages - Resolve client issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients


Requirements: - Reliable and passionate individual who is committed to delivering top-notch customer service - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
