Job Description:
As a Client Support Representative at Cleartrip, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duty will be to ensure that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with booking reservations, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. 3. Resolve client issues and complaints with a focus on providing excellent customer service. 4. Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 4. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. 5. Confidence in handling client interactions and resolving issues. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. 7. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
