Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Icertis is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team in Delhi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide troubleshooting and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 3. Analyze client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals and objectives. 4. Present product demonstrations and training sessions to clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Document client interactions and feedback for future reference. 7. Contribute to ongoing improvements to the client support process. 8. Represent Icertis in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to analyze client needs and present solutions effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
