Job Description - Client Support Representative


Job Description:


Wipro is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support for customers who are experiencing difficulties with our products or services. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services. 6. Communicating effectively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics for customer satisfaction and service levels.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Motivated and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
