Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Toppr is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized support - Collaborating with internal teams to address client feedback and improve our services - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support role - Independent and resilient mindset to handle challenging client situations - Strong people management and time management skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Visa sponsorship eligibility in India - Life insurance coverage
