Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Meesho is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical support as needed. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalations. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Assist in training new client support representatives as required.

Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated worker who can excel in a remote work environment. 2. Excellent research skills to effectively address client inquiries. 3.
