Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at the Hilton location in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with all services provided.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner - Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions to client problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell services and products to clients - Collaborate with other team members to optimize the client support process - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch service to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Adaptability to changing work environments and client needs - Motivation to deliver high-quality service and exceed client expectations - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions - Innovative thinking to develop new approaches to client support challenges - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred
