Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Shaadi.com in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships - Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong project management skills to handle multiple client inquiries and issues simultaneously - High emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with clients - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
