Job Description - Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


PharmEasy, a leading healthcare technology company in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients and resourceful in finding solutions to their needs.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our services


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Passion for helping clients achieve their goals - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to client issues - Experience with strategic planning and goal-setting


Personality Traits: - Passionate about client support and healthcare technology - Resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems


Soft Skills: - Teamwork to collaborate effectively with internal teams - Strategic planning to develop and implement client support strategies
