Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Jio Platforms. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, the Remote Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients from a remote location.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients with technical issues, inquiries, and troubleshooting. 2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients. 7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position. 2. Resourceful and confident with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a cooperative attitude towards team members. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
