Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team at InMobi in Delhi, India. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify any issues or opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet the clients' needs and exceed their expectations - Analyze client data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing their campaigns - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics and gather feedback
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Confident and motivated with a positive attitude - Excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools - Knowledge of digital advertising and mobile marketing is a plus
