Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team at BigBasket in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and dedication to providing exceptional client support services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build trusted relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Use emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to effectively manage challenging client situations - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the database - Provide feedback to the management team on client trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client support services - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
