Job Description: CarDekho is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively - Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records - Continuously research industry trends to stay up-to-date on best practices - Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems is a plus - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic - Proficient in research and innovation
