Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


As a Client Support Specialist at Bharti Airtel, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with our products and services, and you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to resolve any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities:


1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients in setting up their accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform. 3. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. 5. Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences, and provide feedback to improve our products and services. 6. Work with management to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements:


1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude towards problem-solving. 3. Strong research skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
