Udaan is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support via email, phone, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
