We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Stellapps. This is a remote, part-time position based in Delhi, India. As an entry level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions to client problems and escalations. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. 5. Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner. 2. Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging client interactions effectively. 3. Resourceful problem solver with a creative approach to finding solutions. 4. Ability to work cooperatively in a remote team environment. 5. Must thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
