As a Client Support Specialist for Pepperfry, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with navigating our website, placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management for continuous enhancement of customer support services. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients in their decision-making process.
Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and exhibit emotional intelligence in handling client interactions. 3. Experience in customer support or a related field for at least 4 years. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
